Choose “Restore an earlier purchase” on the offer screen and check that your iPhone uses the same Apple Account.
Unable to add a photo?
Check WithRita access to Photos or Camera in iPhone Settings, then try again with a clear JPG, HEIC or PNG image.
Not receiving an important reply from Rita?
Enable important notifications in the WithRita account screen. If permission was declined earlier, change it in iPhone Settings.
